Steve Brine

for Winchester & Chandler's Ford

During the dissolution of Parliament, there are no MPs and Steve cannot therefore hold surgeries. However, he is still able to carry out urgent casework if required.

You should email casework@stevebrine.com stating the nature of your inquiry with your full name and address.  If you do not have access to email please call 0207 219 7189 and listen to the recorded message.

Steve Brine holds a weekly advice surgery (generally on a Friday) in Winchester or Chandler's Ford. If you would like an appointment, please email steve.brine.mp@parliament.uk or call 0207 219 7189 and ask for Reece Pugh.  You must give your full address on any email.

The constituency office can be reached via 01962 791110 if you prefer to make a local call.

Surgery appointments generally last 15-20 minutes and home visits can be arranged where constituents are unable to leave their home.

Please be advised that Steve's formal surgery gets very booked up and we operate a triage system on first contact to see if we can help with urgent enquiries, or at least get them underway, before waiting for an appointment. There may be a wait to secure an appointment and we reserve the right to deal with casework exclusively by correspondence.

With regard to issues that fall under the remit of a local authority, including Winchester City Council, Eastleigh Borough Council and Hampshire County Council, as the Member of Parliament, Steve has no power to compel local authorities to act or change any decisions. However, he is always happy to formally pass on concerns that are raised with him.

Finally, each Summer Steve Brine conducts a Summer Tour when he takes his surgery out into communities across the constituency; see full details of Summer Tour via our dedicated pages.
