Steve and Susie took a trip to the Theatre Royal on Friday night, as Blue Apple Theatre put on a special production of William Shakespeare's Hamlet.
The evening was an extrememly significant production for Blue Apple, as not only are they touring the production but this was the first time they had performed at the iconic Theatre Royal, on Jewry Street.
Blue Apple Theatre brings all the benefits of taking part in theatre to adult performers with learning disabilities, and enables them to present high quality productions to the widest possible audiences.

Speaking after the performance, Steve said: "It is quite rare for us to take a trip to the theatre nowadays, and I am so glad we were able to fit this around the babysitter.
"Blue Apple is a remarkable group, and a real credit to our city. Susie and I were blown away by the performance, and I am delighted that their first ever appearance at the Theatre Royal was so successful.
"I'd like to take the opportunity to wish Blue Apple all the very best as they go on tour, I believe the term is 'break a leg'!"
