Visiting Perins in Alresford

Steve dropped into Perins school in Alresford on Friday 4th November to meet staff and chat to students.

He spent some time with the headteacher, Mrs Bernard, and was then shown around by a group of students.

Mrs Bernard said: "We were very pleased to spend some time with Mr Brine and welcome the fact that this is the first in a series of visits. We are sure that this direct contact with our Member of Parliament will be helpful both for him and for us".

Steve added: "It was real pleasure to come here today. Perins justly has an excellent reputation and the students who showed me around were fantastic. It's really important for an MP to have a strong relationship with local schools, and I will be looking forward to returning before too long."
