Steve Brine's Ten Year Survey Special

From Steve Brine MP and your local Conservative team

People sometimes say they only hear from politicians at election time. I hope the work done locally by myself and Cllr Fiona Mather over many years has shown that to be anything but the case with the Conservatives here in the City.

As I go about my work I’m constantly reminded what a fantastic place this is to live and – in my case as so many others – bring up children. But I know many people are worried about our local health service, school places for our children and grandchildren, major development projects and of course our environment. That is not about running down our area but protecting it and improving it for future generations.

Throughout the year we aim to keep you updated on the campaigns we are running; not only in your own neighbourhood but across my Winchester & Chandler’s Ford constituency as a whole, as well as the policies being pursued by this one-nation Conservative Government in Westminster.

This short survey, produced to mark my ten years as our local MP this Spring, asks for your views on issues close to your heart right here in the City. I never cease to be surprised that no matter what goes on nationally, what is most important is what happens in your area, your schools, your shops and your roads.

We look forward to hearing back from you and please don’t hesitate to get in touch with myself or Fiona Mather if we can help in any way via

Thank you for your time,

Steve Brine MP &  Cllr Fiona Mather
