Steve Brine met with members of the Easton Women's Institute on Thursday 13th October as he spoke about his role as a Member of Parliament.
Around 20 members of the branch attended, as Steve told them about his life in the House of Commons, and the balance of working in Westminster alongside being a hard-working constituency MP.
Speaking afterwards, Steve said: "I had a very enjoyable session this evening with the ladies, and they made Popcorn and I so welcome.
"It was a pleasure to be asked to come along and speak about my role, and the ins and outs of life in Parliament, and I hope they enjoyed tonight as much as I did."
WI member Sallie said: "We all really enjoyed an excellent question and answer session with Steve who explained how he became an MP, his parliamentary work and prison reform."
