Steve Brine was re-elected as co-chair of the All-Party Group for Breast Cancer on Tuesday 10th July in the House of Commons.
The Winchester & Chandler's Ford MP has held the role since just after he arrived in the House following his General Election victory in 2010, and will continue to co-chair the Group with fellow MPs Sharon Hodgson and Annette Brooke following the AGM.
Steve said: "I am acutely aware that we still lose 12,000 women each year to this dreadful disease. Much of my work in the House has been through the All-Party Group for Breast Cancer, and it is one of the best supported APPGs in Parliament.
"I was delighted, and extremely grateful to colleagues, that I was re-elected to the co-chair role at the AGM and will continue to put heart and soul into the role."
