Steve Brine took time out of a packed House of Commons schedule to speak to a group of teachers on Tuesday 30th June.
Led by the Education Service in Parliament, teachers of Government & Politics, Citizenship and related subjects, and other education professionals, can apply to experience an intensive, informative and unforgettable course based at the Houses of Parliament.
The Winchester & Chandler's Ford MP first took part in the programme earlier this year, and jumped at the chance to help over 75 heads and teaching staff from the Teachers' Institute develop their understanding of how Parliament works once again.
Steve said: "I think this is a fantastic service, and it is an honour to be able to share my experiences of both this place and my role as an MP to teachers, knowing they are gaining a real, working insight into how Parliament works.
"When I helped with the programme earlier this year we had some tremendous feedback from delegates, and I hope everyone present here today took a lot out of the session.
"I was particularly pleased to once more hold a special Q&A at the end, and as you would expect, I fielded a very interesting and wide-ranging set of questions."
