Steve Brine dropped into a special community celebration day at St Paul's Church, in Fulflood, on Saturday 11th May.
Complete with a Noah's Ark theme, the day included country dancing, singing from Western School choir and a raffle, as well as a mobile farm, fire engine and a bouncy castle. The event was particularly successful as it raised £5000.
Steve said: "I was delighted to come along and chat to so many people, and I know young Emily and William had a great time too.
"It is fantastic to see so many people engaged with their community, and particularly heartening as my office is located just around the corner.
"Special congratulations go to Rev Peter Seal, who was very busy throughout the day, and to everyone who helped out in making this such a successful day."
