Two Chandler's Ford entrepreneurs have created an iPhone app with a difference as they seek to break further into the technology market.
Adam Sideserf, 22, and Tom Millson, 20, came up with the Par-Tee app as a result of wanting to create a virtual golf course where 'golfers' look through the camera on their iPhone and the course appears laid over the top.
The app was launched on 31st August, and the pair met Steve Brine, who has worked in the golf industry, to demonstrate the game.
The Winchester & Chandler's Ford MP said: "As soon as I heard about the Par Tee app I saw its potential and I love the fact this is a first venture from two young, enthusiastic local entrepreneurs.
"As someone who worked in the golf industry before entering Parliament I know how hard it is to break into the market so I was particularly keen to help Adam and Tom and introduce them to a few people. We need to get their download numbers up and hopefully some of the work we are going to do together can help them get off to a flying start."
