Steve Brine joined up with local campaigner Helen Osborne today (Tues 23 July) for the second leg of his 2013 Summer Tour.
The pair spent nearly three hours knocking on doors and chatting to residents in Teg Down Meads as part of the MPs seasonal spring around his constituency.
Helen, who is five-months pregnant with her first child and grew up on Teg Down, is standing to be a St Barnabas City Councillor in May 2014.
Issues raised ranged from very local traffic matters to those around national economic and education policy.
Steve says; "This was fun today, damn hot but fun. I always enjoy being out with Helen who is such a breath of fresh air and is really well know in the ward having grown up here. Residents seemed pleased to see us with many taking quite a bit of time to chat about local and national issues."
