Steve Brine joined Cllr Rob Humby for a very busy street surgery held outside Twyford Stores on Saturday 16th March.
The Winchester & Chandler's Ford MP holds a number of busy street surgeries across his constituency, and this Saturday morning, where they were also joined by Popcorn, was one of the busiest yet. After the session, Steve and Rob met up with volunteers for a working lunch in The Bugle, before heading out to chat to residents in and around the Queen Street area.
Steve said: "I always enjoy time in Twyford where the locals are welcoming and keen to talk about local issues and national ones too. The weather when we woke on Saturday morning did not look promising for a street surgery, let alone canvassing, but we were spared and enjoyed a clear-run to chat with villagers about a wide range of things.
"I hope those we met enjoyed meeting Cllr Rob Humby who will make a fantastic county councillor if he's elected on 2nd May."
