Steve Brine took friends and family to the Alresford Music Festival on Saturday 6th June as yet another hugely successful event was held at Arlebury Park.
The festival was originally the idea of local resident Ken Veitch, in order to raise money for local charities, and he worked with fellow musician Brian Hayward back in 2007 to make the dream a reality.
Nearly a decade on, the festival is very much a fixture in the town's calendar, with camping, a range of local sponsors and a line-up including Salut, Hattie Jacques' Playlist, The Gravity Drive and Ben Goddard.
Speaking afterwards, Steve said: "We love this event which is perfectly formed for young families. I think Ken Veitch and the team have achieved something really remarkable with this event which I hope will be the perfect springboard to a lifetime of festival going for my kids and many others getting on down today."
