Flood catch up with Environment Agency

Steve Brine met up with the local head of the Environment Agency in Winchester on Thursday 6th October to catch up on their work and discuss future plans.

Steve Brine and Cllr Fiona Mather dropped into City Road on Thursday 6th October as they visited Fitness In Time, a ladies-only gym.

They were met by Peter Dewbery, who heads up the team, and met a number of staff and customers.

The new-look Winnall Community Centre in Winchester officially opened its doors on Friday 30th September following £132,000 of Hampshire County Council funding to improve facilities for Winchester residents and local organisations.

The Winchester MP was able to catch up with manager Jool Heller-Dixon over a coffee and chat about how things are going at the Somers Close facility.
